Built a public-facing RESTful API from the ground up in C#/.NET Core with JWT authentication on AWS, then a mobile app consuming it via Ionic, Angular 2+, and Redux with device-specific features (fingerprint/face login, in-app browser, device storage) for a complex, secure money-transfer app delivered with a worldwide team. Earlier, engineered a greenfield ASP.NET Web API and front-end solution from MS SQL database design to UI for international money transfers; integrated third-party SOAP/REST APIs for fraud prevention, payment authorization, and marketing referrals; optimized stored procedures for high-performance API consumption; and established a testing culture with hundreds of unit/integration tests using Moq.
